These Terms of Service govern your use of rarefieldfoods.com and any purchase from it. The Site is operated by Rarefield Foods Limited ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products

We sell roasted coffee and herbal infusions. Coffee is roasted to order. Product photographs are representative; natural variation in colour, grind and leaf size is inherent to agricultural products and is not a defect.

3. Food information and allergens

Ingredients are listed on every product page and on the pack. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this Site is medical advice. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a known allergy, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price, and will refund in full where we do.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All text, artwork, photography and branding on the Site are the property of Rarefield Foods Limited or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
