Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the United States. Coffee is roasted to order, so it leaves us fresher than anything that has been sitting in a distribution centre.

Processing time

Herbal teas: dispatched within 1 business day
Coffee: roasted and dispatched within 1 – 3 business days

Shipping options

Standard: 3 – 7 business days — $8.00, free on orders of $70 or more
Express: 2 – 3 business days — $15.00

Total time = processing + transit. A tea order placed on Monday usually arrives the following week; coffee adds a couple of days for roasting.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed the moment your parcel is scanned. If tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, email hello@rarefieldfoods.com and we'll chase the carrier for you.

Freshness in transit

Coffee ships in valve-sealed pouches and tea in foil-lined packs. Heat in a mailbox won't hurt either one, but don't leave a parcel outside for a week in summer.

Wrong address

We ship to the address entered at checkout. Tell us within 12 hours if it's wrong and we'll correct it before dispatch. After that, a re-ship is charged at cost.
